Although we aim for flawless candles, we acknowledge human fallibility. Your happiness with our products is our top priority as we take pride in their quality. We strive for a smooth customer experience from order placement to unboxing.
IMPORTANT:
Please double check your addresses for accuracy, especially the shipping address, before placing your order. It is challenging for us to make any changes once the order is confirmed. Inspect your order upon arrival and report any significant damage within 7 days.
LOST or MISSING PACKAGE:
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEX. Both UPS and FedEx take photos as proof delivery. We are not able to view any more tracking information beyond what each carrier communicates on their tracking interface. Both carriers have been more diligent in communicating when an item is delayed which we are grateful for. For USPS you can open a “Where’s My Package” inquiry via their website. Please note that our fulfillment center is in California. Shipments to HI, AK and the APO/FPO can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to arrive.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Orders will be processed withing 3-5 business days but often time sooner. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center. Once shipped, the order tracking information and progress is outside of our control. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages that have been delivered to you.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded, no exceptions. However, we will replace, or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery. Provide images of the damage and email us at sales@omninoirfragrance.com with your order number. Choose between a refund (excluding shipping) or a free replacement.
If you are unsatisfied with a candle product, you may return your unused candle(s) in all original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Fragrance or rooms prays are not returnable due to safety concerns. We do offer a free 5ml sample of fragrance or room spray at with orders over $50 at time of purchase. You will need to tell us in the notes which one you would like. We do not accept exchanges due to rapidly selling inventory. We advise you place a new order.
TO INITIATE A RETURN:
Within 14 days of your order, please send an email to sales@omninoirfragrance.com with a return request, letting us know the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will send you the return label. Please be sure that your package is returned with all product boxes. In addition to the bubble and paper that it was packed in or something similar. Be sure that the candles are protected and packed securely so that they arrive in good condition.
